Dr Basdeo Nankissoor is pleased to inform that he will resume his medical clinic at Area ‘C’ Paradise Public
Rd. ECD. Dr Nankissoor is a Physician and General Surgeon with years of practice in the Public and Private sector. He was
attached to the Department of Surgery of the Public Hospital Georgetown, then as the Regional Health Officer of Region 9 Guyana.
Later Dr Nankissoor took the leadership role of the city private hospital –Prasads Hospital in the capacity of the Medical
Superintendent, Physician and General Surgeon. He attended to all cases in a broad based practice – Medicine, Surgery,
Gynecology, Pediatrics etc. He attended to many cases in the Coronary / Intensive Care Unit.
Apart from his MD diploma
and Post graduate surgical training Dr Nankissoor currently holds a valid ECFMG certificate for the United States of America.
He is Licenciate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC) and is registered with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical
and Cardiac Sonographers. ( RDMS, RDCS ,RVT, RPVI.)
He welcomes all old and new patients . Patients are seen by appointment
only.
